Ken McLeish

Ken is a highly qualified and experienced psychotherapist who works with adults from all backgrounds, supporting them through a wide range of emotional, psychological and business challenges. These include depression, anxiety, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, bereavement, social isolation, and loss. As well as practicing as a therapist, Ken also coaches, teaches and provides business consultantion and training. 

Ken holds an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, and a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. He also holds several other degree-level qualifications, including Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Sports Science. A qualified teacher and experienced lecturer in counselling, psychology, sports and exercise psychology, and business, Ken brings both academic depth and practical insight to his work.

Registered with the UKHPP, UKCP, and BACP, Ken is committed to ethical, professional, and effective practice. His broad training allows him to work flexibly and responsively with a wide range of client concerns.

In addition to his clinical work, Ken is an established writer. He has published widely on topics including mental health, emotional wellbeing, and therapeutic practice, with a focus on making psychological insights accessible and useful to a wider audience. His writing reflects the same clarity, empathy, and expertise that underpin his therapeutic approach..
